Dr. Glassman is actively involved in patient care as well as clinical research which has resulted in the FDA approval of many exciting new drugs currently available to treat arthritis and osteoporosis. He feels that educating patients about their disease state and treatment is a critical part of patient care.
In addition to the DAC, Dr. Glassman actively teaches medical students, residents and rheumatology fellows at the University of Colorado-Denver. In 2004, he was promoted as full Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado-Denver.
Additionally, Dr. Glassman speaks locally and nationally, updating clinicians on recent advances in the field of rheumatology.
Dr. Glassman enjoys a number of hobbies including travel, reading, golf and other sports, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his family.
