It is a singular pleasure for me to be joining the Denver Arthritis Clinic, and I am looking forward to developing long-term relationships with my colleagues and with patients.

I chose the field of Rheumatology because it’s thought-provoking, requires finely tuned physical exam and history-taking skills, and allows me to develop lifelong relationships with my patients.  I believe that a multidisciplinary approach is key to treating rheumatologic diseases while keeping the focus on the patient at the center.

While I was Chief Resident at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas, I developed a love for teaching medical students and residents. Inspiring young physicians-in-training to be passionate about Rheumatology is essential to the future success of our field

I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two lovely children.  My personal interests include movies, books, and photography.
